THE POOR YOUNG MAN AND HIS BUFFALO

          Once upon a time,in a village lived a poor good looking young man with his buffalo. One day, when he went to a river to take a bath with his buffalo,he saw a very beautiful girl helping her mother.He fell in love with the girl and the girl fell in love too. After that the young man decided to marry the girl but her father didn’t agree with him,because he was poor.He was broken hearted,so he decided to go to a forest with his buffalo. After a few days,he forgot about the girl and he felt a little bit happy.

          The next day, he saw an old man lost in the forest and he helped him get out from the forest. To show his gratitude, the old man gave him a lot money, a lot enough to start a farm.And then he decided to build a farm and became a successful farmer. The girl’s father regreted rejecting the man who now became rich. He tried again to propose to marry the girl and her father, for this time agreed with him. And then they lived happily ever after.

Crystal and Chris

            Long time ago, in the very beautiful town there was a gorgeous castle. There lived a greedy king and an understanding queen. They had a very beautiful and kind hearted daughter named “Crystal”. She had a buffalo named “Black”. Black could speak, but only with Crystal. It could understand what people said. Crystal’s hobby were riding a buffalo and playing with arrows and a bow.

            One day, the king wanted to marry Crystal to a very rich old man named “Robert”. He wanted to be a very rich king. But Crystal didn’t want to marry him. And the queen understood with her feeling.

            Then, Crystal went out from the castle with Black and brought her arrows and bow. On the way, Black feels tired. So, Crystal looked for water for Black. And then, she found a river. On the side of the river, she saw a good looking young man and she fell in love with him. Then, she came closer and talked to him. His name was “Chris”. And he fell in love with Crystal too. She told her problem to Chris. Chris could help Crystal. They became close friends.

            Crystal and Chris went to Black and gave him water. Then, they went to a fairy’s house to solve Crystal’s problem. The fairy gave Crystal a magic cake to change her father’s mind.

            So, Crystal, Chris, and Black went to the castle and gave the cake to the king. ABRACADABRA!!! The king became kind hearted and cancelled the wedding.

            Next day, the king made shooting competition for Crystal. And Chris participated in the competition and won.

            One week later, Chris married Crystal and lived happily ever after.

Sekilas Motivasi

Sukses adalah keinginan tiap orang, ada satu hal penting dalam meraihnya, yaitu motivasi. Motivasi dapat membuahkan kedisiplinan, keuletan dan lain-lain. Motivasi adalah merupakan ruh dari jasad pribadi yang ingin sukses. motivasi merupakan suatu penggabungan keinginan dan energi dalam mencapai suatu tujuan. Dengan keinginan orang tau kemana akan melangkah, dengan energi orang akan dapat menggerakkan apa yang ada padanya untuk mencapai keinginan itu. Motivasi seperti udara bagi kehidupan. Sangat berperan penting bagi jiwa-jiwa yang ingin sukses.

Prinsip motivasi

1. motivasi merupakan proses psikologis dengan membangkitkan emosional.
2. motivasi berproses tanpa disadari.
3. motivasi bersifat individual sehingga cara memotivasi tiap orang bisa berbeda-beda atau juga dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perubahan. Namun inti dari motivasi itu bersumber dari diri sendiri (motivatornya maupun orang yang dimotivasi).
4. Motivasi adalah proses sosial, sehingga membutuhkan faktor eksternal

Sumber motivasi:

* Motivasi Internal yaitu motivasi dari dalam diri, dari perasaan dan pikiran diri sendiri. Orang yang memiliki motivasi internal, akan memandang dirinya secara positif.
* Motivasi eksternal yaitu motivasi dari luar. Contohnya dari bacaan yang memotivasi, lingkungan, dari kehidupan keseharian, dan lain-lain

Tips memotivasi secara internal:

1. Ciptakan Imbalan. Kalau saya melakukan A maka akan mendapatkan rumah mewah. Dengan begitu diri kita akan termotivasi untuk melakukan A.
2. Ambil selalu langkah kecil. Terkadang untuk mendapatkan sesuatu yang besar perlu langkah-langkah kecil.
3. Ciptakan Kesusahan. Ini adalah kebalikan dari yang pertama. misalnya kalau saya tidak melakukan B maka jabatan tidak naik. Tentu kita akan termotivasi untuk melakukan tindakan B.
4. Susun Rencana beserta langkah-langkahnya. Dengan memiliki rencana, anda seolah-olah punya alur dan plot menuju tujuan. Secara tidak langsung ini akan memotivasi dalam mencapai tujuan.
5. Buat penarik ke arah tujuan. Misalkan kita ingin naik haji, cetak MMT dengan ukuran besar gambar ka’bah. Ini hanya contoh saja.

Motivasi dipengaruhi oleh mendesaknya kebutuhan, motivasi juga dipengaruhi oleh adanya anggapan tindakan akan memenuhi suatu kebutuhan.

Dalam memotivasi sangat dilarang untuk meremehkan, mengkritik di depan umum, perhatian yang setengah-setengah, malah memperhatikan diri sendiri, tidak memperdulikan hal-hal kecil. Motivasi juga bisa luntur karena adanya keraguan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan (jika dalam organisasi).
